A working group within the Club has been working to formulate a set of Club Pillars and the attached draft was recently approved by the Committee.
The proposed Pillars are:

Passion
Pride
Buy in
Community
Celebration

The pillars are separate to the individual teams values and are designed to be adopted by everyone concerned with the Club as the foundations upon which we exist.

The draft is being widely circulated and the Committee is seeking your feedback to be delivered to president@redhillfnc.com.au by no later than 6 August 2021.

This is a chance for all of us Volunteers, Committee, Players, Supporters, Life Members, Past Players, Sponsors and the Red Hill community to have genuine input into the future direction of our Club and your contribution no matter how large or small will be appreciated.
